The location really impressed me, as it was close to both the train station and the promenade. i found the staff to be particularly nice and helpful . the cleanliness of my room on the fourth floor also made a difference. It was spacious and felt quite modern.
i did notice that controlling the air conditioning in the room was somewhat limited. i could only adjust the fan speed but not the temperature itself. this made it tricky to get the room temperature exactly as i wanted.

the staff was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. they organized activities . the team seemed competent in every task, always providing help when needed and doing it with a smile.

the breakfast offered a good selection. i even saw the novel idea of self-service egg cooking. the food was quite tasty, offering something for everyone, especially during the evening buffet with included wine and water.

the room was very clean and had a good bed, essential for a restful night. i had a nice view of the garden, and i could also see the sea in the distance. the high ceilings added to the room's spacious feel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They addressed my questions quickly. i found the gardens beautiful and well kept. breakfast offered a good selection, but not a lot of variety. the price seemed very reasonable for a hotel in this area
The air conditioning in my room was not adjustable. The temperature remained constant regardless of the setting i chose.

The reception staff offered prompt assistance and useful information. staff tried to be helpful, and were amazing when issues arose. Most spoke english very well, at least one person at reception did, this was appreciated.

The location is good. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the main pedestrian zone. the hotel is conveniently located for the train station and beach. the surrounding area appears safe and accessible by foot.

The room was spacious and airy, it also was spotlessly clean. the bed provided solid comfort. i noticed the room design was okay. It did not feel uncomfortable or underwhelming, it felt modern. It had a relaxed vibe.

The included breakfast had a lot of options, it felt plentiful, but not much variety. more prepared fruit and healthy options might be better. i noticed they offered fresh pastries each morning. That i found quite tempting.

The building houses a wellness space i found great. It is new. i saw a pool area, a covered parking area. That looked nice. the surrounding gardens looked well-kept, with citrus trees.

the hotel's location is fantastic, very central and convenient! the main pedestrian zone is just a few minutes away, a huge plus. proximity to the beach makes it easy to enjoy the sea!
